Need some ideas...

The Mom is graduating from college...again...on Friday. I say again 'cause this is her third degree. She seems to be collecting those as well as cats. Anyways, she has decided to be silly and write something on her cap. She's a little up in the air as to what she wants to do so she asked for my help. Personally I would just write "Give me Stinky Goodness" on it but she said nobody would understand that.

The degree she's getting is in Computer Animation. Here are her thoughts so far:
  • A Dream Come True
  • Another Degree, Another Loan to Pay
  • w00t (whatever that means)
  • 4 teh win!
  • You can never have too many degrees
  • Professional Student on board
  • So much time, so little to do

Let me know what you guys think or if you have any other suggestions.

P.S. The Mom corrected me saying that she's going to paint this on the mortar board part of her cap. Supposedly this is some stupid tradition that goes back to when she got her first degree.

Congrats to you again!
Since our Mom keeps thinking about going back for another degree she doesn't think this is weird at all. We like "you can never have too many degrees" and Mom's favrit is always "Never Stop Learning". One more for a funny one is: 1 degree, 2 degree, 3 degree, 4?

Congratulations! I like the "Professional student on board."

How about a twist on Angie's mom's idea: "One degree, two degrees, three degrees, FLOOR." Heehee

Isn't giving someone "the 3rd degree" questioning them? How about "I'm Getting the 3rd Degree"?
"3rd Time's a Charm?"
Or, "How Long Until Retirement?"
Dad says he majored in Registration. Did you major in Graduation?
Some guy at UW Whitewater has been in college 12 years and almost graduated this year, with many degrees, but is going back again cuz he never studied abroad.
Cats and Diplomas... you can never have enough.

I like Victor T's inadvertent contribution: "Cats and Diplomas... you can never have enough." I"ll keep thinking, though, because I thought I had something and then I forgot.

How about... "I've earned my nth degree!" or "You get nothing with just a degree. You need three!" or "Six DEGREES of sePURRation" or "I am a Degree in Excellence"

I fink I smell some Stinky Goodness. I'll be back after my snack to see what you've chosen. This is not easy. Good luck!

I so wish I were clever like the rest of these cats. Since I've sat here for several minutes trying to come up with something and failing, I'll just vote on what's been mentioned.

LOVE "Another Degree, Another Loan." I think "I'm Getting the 3rd Degree" is oh-so-clever.

Congrats! Whatever she writes on her cap will be hilarious! And I imagine after working so hard to get 3 degrees, she'll need the laugh! :)

1. Three is the magic number.

2. One is the loneliest number...which is why I got two more degrees

3. "Life is the first gift. Love is the second. This degree is the third," - a modified version of a quote by Marge Piercy

4. "By three methods we may learn wisdom. For me, it was three degrees," - a modified Confuscius quote.

Ayla, since you were obviously a great help to your Mom while she was in school (you know, taking care of things at home for her), we think her cap should say "Thank you Ayla!)
